Joined the volunteer force to help build the largest Hindu temple in the world located in New Jersey. Spent this time fully immersed in a role dependent on effective teamwork and leadership-built upon communication, organization and leadership skills. Collaborated on backend script development to verify telephone numbers of registered users, and the proactive rejection of spam phone numbers. Also incorporated multithreading for enhanced efficiency. Created Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, significantly boosting work efficiency.

Regional Youth Activities Administrator @BAPS

Assisted in leading a team of 15 individuals responsible for the management of the NorthEast Region consisting of over 35 youth centers, 1,000 youth mentors, and ~5,000 youths spread out over the region. Helped plan and execute the production of grander yearly projects such as Yogi Cup, Regional Karyakar Convention and BKY Summer Shibirs, that host ~5,000 attendees focusing on empowering youths.

Youth Activities Coordinator @BAPS

Lead a team of 40 youth mentors responsible for educating youths aged 6 - 14 about Hindu values, traditions and culture. Utilized PowerBI to create bi-weekly reports analyzing attendance trends, highlighting youths to network too, and discussing areas of imporvement. Coodinated the logistical planning of Kids Diwali Celebration which hosts ~400 youths.
